Roles and Responsibility :

Interactive Technical Producer (TP)

 

A SalesForce Marketing Cloud Technical Producer is a consultant with at least three years of client facing experience working on software projects. In addition to relevant technology domain expertise, this individual must have project management skills and the necessary skills to implement complex client requirements in the required timeline using both end user facing platforms and the SalesForce Marketing Cloud platform. The Technical Producer is responsible for building moderate to complex front end user experiences and the backend logic required to support solutions.

Responsibilities

?Knowledge of the capacities and functionality of the SFMC platform

?Ability to develop solutions using client facing technologies and platforms

?Responsible for implementing technical requirements

?Work on technical documentation pieces that will be provided to the client as part of the Solution document.

?Managing multiple client engagements and work with associated team members

?Identify project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve requirements

?Apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to solve issues related to the implementation of SFMC software

Required Qualifications

?Bachelor Degree in computer science or similar degree or experience

?Two years of programming and client facing experience combined at the minimum.

?Basic to moderate knowledge of Architectural concepts such as design patterns, database design and service oriented solutions.

?Positive Attitude and pro-activity.

?Front end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

?AmpScript (Salesforce Proprietary Language)

?Nice to Have? Qualifications

?Microsoft SQL knowledge.

?Microsoft .NET knowledge.

?Microsoft .NET and SQL certifications.

?SFMC platform experience.

?PHP knowledge.

?SalesForce and Microsoft Dynamic experience.
